Pacific Resources International is an ISO 9001:2000-certified importer and wholesaler specialising in supplying raw materials and ingredients to the nutraceutical, food manufacturing, animal health, pharmaceutical and personal care industries. 

We import ingredients from carefully-selected suppliers worldwide with whom we have developed close sourcing and quality-assurance relationships to give our customers access to a reliable supply of more than 200 products. We deliver the highest quality ingredients and safety assurances by having the international networks and global market knowledge to source the products that best meet Australian manufacturing requirements. We also make supplier factory audits a regular part of our business to ensure quality supply. 

Our Team
Pacific Resources is a cohesive, specialised team to which customers turn for fast, personal and reliable services. Our three Sydney-based directors, who have previously worked in Europe, the Middle East and Asia, have worked together closely since 1991 to develop a business that excels in providing customers with product information and pricing quickly and efficiently.

Our team’s in-depth knowledge of global trends also means we have the expertise to work in partnership with our customers to identify new ingredients of value to their product development needs. Our customer service commitment includes ongoing investment in efficient supply-chain processes and Australia-wide warehousing to optimise on-time product delivery. We also offer the security of long-term supply contracts that lock in the price and quantity of ingredients for our customers. Although our business head office and central warehouse are located in Sydney, we provide dedicated sales services to our customers in every state.
